1.Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jp9", "we", "us", or "our" refers to jp9 and its operating entity, which owns and operates the online gaming platform accessible at jp9.app.
• "Platform" means the jp9 website at jp9.app, including all associated web pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, content, and services made available thereon.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the MYR-denominated internal balance associated with a Player's Account.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer tables, slots, Fisher Game titles, E-Sports betting markets, and sportsbook products available on the Platform.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered by jp9 to Players subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2.Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use jp9, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform;
2. Be accessing the Platform as an individual, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party;
3. Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
4. Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jp9 or any other gaming operator or authority;
5. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
6. Not have had a previous jp9 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

jp9 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jp9 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

jp9 takes the protection of minors seriously. If you are aware of any individual under the age of 21 accessing the Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) registered Account on jp9. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number;
• Promptly update your Account information if any details change;
• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity;
• Not register on behalf of any third party.

jp9 may conduct identity verification checks ("KYC") at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time at jp9's discretion. KYC documentation may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. jp9's ability to complete KYC checks is a condition of maintaining an active Account.

4.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication ("2FA") codes. You agree to:

• Not disclose your Account password to any third party under any circumstances;
• Not permit any other person to access your Account;
• Notify jp9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

jp9 will never request your password or 2FA codes by phone, email, or live chat. Any communication purporting to request such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jp9 immediately.

jp9 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain Account security, including losses resulting from account sharing, credential disclosure, or failure to report suspected unauthorised access in a timely manner.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the jp9 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jp9 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels:

• Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay (instant processing);
• FPX bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank (processing time: 5–10 minutes);
• USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency (processing time: 15–30 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation);
• 7-Eleven Cliqq cash-in service.

Minimum deposit: RM 30 (or the minimum specified on the deposit page, which supersedes this figure if higher).
Minimum withdrawal: RM 50 for e-wallet channels; RM 100 for FPX bank transfer.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used by the Player for a prior deposit or that has been verified through jp9's KYC process. jp9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including identity verification, proof of address, and payment method confirmation.

jp9 does not charge withdrawal fees for e-wallet cashouts from verified accounts. Third-party processing fees, if any, are outside jp9's control and are the Player's responsibility.

jp9 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

jp9 may from time to time offer Bonuses to registered Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms with respect to that Bonus.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses may carry wagering requirements before the Bonus amount or winnings derived therefrom can be withdrawn;
• Bonuses are non-transferable, non-cashable, and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated;
• Only one Bonus may be active per Account at any one time unless the promotion terms specify otherwise;
• jp9 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account wagering, will result in immediate forfeiture of the Bonus and may result in account termination;
• jp9 reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether any betting pattern constitutes Bonus abuse.

7.Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on jp9 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. By placing a bet, you accept the rules of the relevant game or market as displayed on the Platform at the time of placement.

• Bets accepted and confirmed are final. jp9 does not cancel or reverse confirmed bets at a Player's request except where jp9 determines at its sole discretion that a manifest error has occurred;
• A "manifest error" includes, without limitation, odds offered or game results displayed due to a technical or human error that is objectively apparent. In cases of manifest error, jp9 reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes at the original odds or at corrected odds, as jp9 determines appropriate;
• Live sportsbook and in-play markets may be suspended at any time during the applicable event. Bets accepted prior to suspension remain valid unless the underlying event is voided;
• jp9 reserves the right to limit, refuse, or restrict the maximum stake or payout on any bet placed by any Player at jp9's sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on the Platform and the result as determined by the relevant official body or studio provider, the result determined by the official body or studio provider shall prevail.

8.Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in, or attempt to engage in, any of the following:

• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage in any Game;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform, whether discovered accidentally or deliberately — any such discovery must be reported to jp9 immediately;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with jp9;
• Operating multiple Accounts or allowing any third party to operate your Account;
• Engaging in chargeback fraud or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other Player accounts, or jp9's systems.

jp9 employs automated fraud detection and risk monitoring systems operating continuously. Accounts displaying patterns consistent with prohibited conduct will be flagged for review. Confirmed violations will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the jp9 Platform — including but not limited to the jp9 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of jp9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without jp9's prior written consent.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• jp9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
• jp9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• jp9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, lost profits, or loss of data;
• jp9's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim;
• jp9 shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, natural disasters, or regulatory action.

11.Responsible Gaming

jp9 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible directly from Account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps;
• Session time reminders — receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-off period — suspend Account access for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months);
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

jp9 is an adult-only service restricted to players aged 21 and above. Gambling should be enjoyed as entertainment. Please play within your means.

jp9 may, at its discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there is evidence of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the Player has requested such restrictions.

12.Suspension & Termination

jp9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any Wallet balance associated with that Account, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity;
• Receipt of a chargeback from any payment provider in connection with a transaction on your Account;
• Account inactivity exceeding 180 consecutive days (dormancy fees may apply as separately disclosed);
• Regulatory requirement or order from a relevant authority.

Where jp9 terminates an Account in circumstances other than breach by the Player, any verified Wallet balance will be returned to the Player via their verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

A Player may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting jp9 support. Pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course following account closure, subject to verification requirements.

13.Amendments to These Terms

jp9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided via email to the registered address on the Player's Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulation.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and contact jp9 to arrange withdrawal of any Wallet balance.

14.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to jp9's customer support team for resolution. jp9 commits to responding to formal complaints within 5 business days.

jp9 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
